Had a great contact with Kristin and Nicky on Hio Avae this evening. They have left Papeete and are now in Moorea. Everything fine and are anchored next to friends in a nice harbor.
Had good contact with Kristin and Nicky this evening. They left Island HUAHINE at 11 AM this morning heading for NIVE Island. At 0300Z (8 PM PDT) they were at 17 deg 00 min South and 151 deg 20 min West, steering a course of 245 True wiith a speed of 5 knots. Wind was East 3 to 10 knots with swells from East and South of 2 feet. Our contact was shortened since Kristin had to check in with one of the nets to report her position. Expect to be in touch with HIo Avae tomorrow evening.
Greetings to all - Good contact with Hio. They are in International waters. At 0300Z (8 PM PDT) they were at 16deg 56 min South and 152 deg 58 min West on a course of 250 deg True with a speed of 5 knots. Wind was East North-east 3 to 10 knots. Seas were calm and skies had 30 percent cloud cover.
Had a short contact with Kristin last evening. They are doing fine will light winds and seas. At 0300Z ( 8 PM PDT ) they were at 17 deg 24 min South and 158 deg 27 min West, steering 205 deg True and making 6 knots. Wind was variable from 8 to 15 knots East-Southeast but shifting to Northeast. Seas were light but confused. They had 95 percent cloud cover with some light rain.
At 0300Z ( 8 PM PDT) last eveining Hio was at 17 deg 52 min South and 160 deg 35 min West. Seas were confused but only about 2 feet. Winds relatively light. They were 143 miles from Palmerston. May meet Sandy there.

Had a brief contact with Kristin and Nicki this evening. There position at 0300Z (8 PM PDT) was 17 deg 52 min South and 162 deg 21 min West. Wind was East-North-East 0 to 8 Knots. Seas were confused but only 2 to 3 feet. 60 percent cloud cover. They expect to make landfall tomorrow morning at Palmerston.
Had a brief contact with Kristin last evening. They were underway. Position at 0300Z ( 8 PM PDT ) was 18 deg 26 min S 168.38 min W. Wind was W to SSE 15 to 25 knots. They were on a broad reach doing 6 to 9 knots with a reef in the main. Island NIUE was 80 miles to go and they expected to arrive there in the morning.
Had a nice contact with Kristin & Nicki this evening. They have arrived and are in NIUE.
Had a good contact with Kristin this evening. Kristin and Nicki are underway to Tonga. Their 0300Z ( 8 PM PDT ) position was 19 deg 01 min South and 170 deg 19 min West. Steering a course of 260 True with winds SSE 9 - 15 Knots. Speed was 7 knots with swells less than 2 feet from SSE. They expect to arrive in Tonga the day after tomorrow mid-day (Tuesday here but Wednesday in Tonga since they will have passed the International Date Line).
Had a brief contact with Kristin last eveining, 9/21. They (Kristin & Nicki) were sailing along and for the record at 0300Z, 9/21, were at 18deg 48 min South and 172 deg 47 min West. Course was 275 deg and speed was 6 plus knots with East wind at 6 to 13 knots. Seas were small but confused.
They arrived to Tonga and anchored about 7 AM Tonga time, which since they have passed the International Date Line was Wednesday (still Tuesday for us).
